Photograph of an ornately designed vase by Antoine Vechte and executed in repoussé silver by the firm, Hunt and Roskell, as seen from behind. It depicts the Roman god, Jupiter, fighting the giants. Jupiter is shown sitting upon an eagle at the top with his back to the viewer, while the giants throw rocks and trees at him as they try to scale the heavens.
