Yangjiang Group (founded 2002, Yangjiang) is an artist collective formed by Zheng Guogu (born 1970, Yangjiang), Chen Zaiyan (born 1971, Yangchun), and Sun Qinglin (born 1971, Yangjiang). The trio are known for reappropriating Chinese calligraphy by incorporating daily actions and processes into large-scale installations and photographs that subvert the established rules and controlled conditions of contemporary artistic practice.
